This research aims to design and develop a learning product named the "E-LabSheet Project." E-LabSheet is a supplement to the computer network practicum. This module contains the 4C's of 21st-century skills to practice critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, communication, and collaboration, organized in materials, exercises, and assignments and integrated with the video tutorials. Furthermore, this E-LabSheet is very simple to use because it can be read with a mobile device, which has become the daily life of 21st-century students known as Gen Z. In this study, the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the product were tested. The development model used is 4D. For the validity test, the validation sheet consists of media aspects and material aspects by experts. To find out the practicality, we used a questionnaire with a g-form which students then filled out as users. Trials were conducted on two classes to determine the effectiveness of the media. The first class (class A) was treated without E-LabSheet media, and the second class (class B) was treated by giving a supplement in the form of E-LabSheet. The results of this study stated that the developed e-LabSheet media was successfully categorized as valid, practical, and effective. This module is a complementary media for flexible learning that can improve student learning outcomes for the better, especially in 4C skills. The comparison of the learning outcomes of the two classes showed that class B, which was given supplementary media, obtained better learning outcomes than class A.

The online learning process necessitates the utilization of diverse and creative learning resources by teachers. Nevertheless, a preliminary analysis revealed that Whatsapp, Zoom, and PowerPoint continue to dominate the learning media landscape. The usage of these media has not been able to aid educators in developing dialogic exchanges in the learning process, particularly when it comes to the acquisition of language. On this basis, the objective of this research is to build dialogic-interactive media in language learning to enhance students’ speaking abilities in online learning. This is Research and Development (R&D) utilizing the Plomp Development paradigm (Preliminary Research, Prototyping Phase & Assessment Phase). In the Assessment Phase, researchers tested the products that had been developed to determine the practicality and effectiveness of the developed media. The research instruments are in the form of questionnaires, observation sheets and tests. The research subjects were students of MTsN 1 Padang. The results showed that dialogic-interactive media was effective in increasing students’ speaking skills in online learning.

The lack of student activity in the learning process at SDN 1 Loram Kulon has an impact on student learning outcomes. This research is Research and Development which refers to the ADDIE model. This research aims to develop and test the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of Interactive Mobile Learning (Imole) assisted by iSpring Suite. The population in this study was 32 people with 12 small-scale test subjects in class VI students and 21 large-scale test subjects in class V at SDN 1 Loram Kulon. Data collection techniques use test (pretest-posttest) and non-test techniques in the form of observations, questionnaires, interview results, and documentation data. Validation results by material expert validators and media experts show that Interactive Mobile Learning (Imole) assisted by iSpring Suite has met the valid criteria with an average score of 93%. Based on the pretest-posttest results, it is known that Interactive Mobile Learning (Imole) assisted by iSpring Suite is effective in improving student learning outcomes with the result of an increase in the average pretest score of 50.95 to 84 at the time of the posttest and the N-gain test results obtained <g> The gain value is 0.70 in the high category. Based on the results of the response questionnaire distributed, very positive responses were obtained from teachers and students. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Interactive Mobile Learning (Imole) assisted by iSpring Suite is effective in improving science and science learning outcomes and is feasible and practical to use in the learning of class V students at SDN 1 Loram Kulon.
