The Modern Paradigm of the Innovation Activity of Car Transport Enterprises: The Essence, Principles, Factors, Functions

Abstract

Держава та регіони based on the modern paradigm of activation of innovative activity has been proved. The essence of the modern paradigm of innovation activity of road transport enterprises, which is aimed at ensuring competitiveness at national and international levels, is determined. Accordingly, the main tasks have been identified-monitoring of modern world innovative developments in the industry; assessing sources of innovation funding; creating a team of employees responsible for innovation processes in the enterprise; training and implementation of an innovation budget based on maximum efficiency; clear definition of priority areas for innovation and specific measures to optimize innovation in the enterprise. The key principles of innovation activity are proposed (expediency, systematicity, efficiency, involvement of enterprises' personnel, economic efficiency, scientific approach, conformity), its main components are highlighted (purpose, tasks, functions). Factors of influence on the level of innovation activity of motor-transport enterprises, among which external (state and municipal support level, availability of funding sources, accessibility to the market of innovative developments, level of training) and internal (willingness of the enterprise management to innovate, staff compliance, investment resources) are substantiated. It is proposed to determine such functions: competitiveness, stimulation of development, adaptability, flexibility in the context of changing market conditions of transport services.
