The Methodology of Road Mapping in Strategic Planning for the Development of the Regions Energy Sector (the Case of the Irkutsk Region)

Abstract: Uncertainty of political decisions and economic conditions causes difficulties in predicting the development of energy systems, whereas the method of road mapping allows us to overcome them.
