“…S'agissant du mode de couverture, une simulation des dépenses à consacrer à l'allocation dépendance pour les personnes vivant à domicile a logiquement mis en avant la forte sensibilité du taux de couverture, et donc du montant des dépenses, au seuil d'incapacité donnant accès à l'allocation, à l'éventuel plafond de ressources et au montant minimum et maximum des prestations (Bonastre, 1997).
