Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dinamik Computer Numerical Control Router 4 Axis dengan menggunakan metode Bump Test. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara menempatkan sensor Accelerometer Khoctek 107b pada Mesin CNC Router 4 Axis pada sumbu x, y, z dikerangka atas, kerangka bawah, dan spindle. Hasil eksperimen pengujian getaran Mesin CNC dibagi kedalam dua proses pengujian yaitu kondisi normal dan kondisi rusak pada masing-masing sumbu. Diperoleh bahwa pengujian ini menghasilkan frekuensi global dimana frekuensi 8 Hz, 24 Hz, dan 40 Hz muncul disetiap sumbu x, y, dan z pada kerangka atas, kerangka bawah dan spindle. Pada mesin dengan kondisi rusak muncul frekuensi lokal pada sumbu y kerangka atas sebesar 5 Hz. Kemudian pada sumbu y spindle muncul frekuensi lokal sebesar 10 Hz, 56 Hz, dan 88 Hz. Munculnya frekuensi lokal menandakan adanya kerusakan pada CNC oleh sumbu tertentu selain frekuensi global.

Gasoline engines should sound soft, even tend to be minimal. But when the symptom of a rough sound emerged from the engine room, it was even more like a diesel sound that was quite loud. So that many customers have complained about the rough sound of their vehicle's engine when the engine is started, from the results of the initial inspection that was carried out as a result of the rough noise coming from the bearings on the alternator which experienced wear due to reduced lubrication in the bearings. This requires that preventive maintenance checks on the alternator are a must in the automotive world. On the basis of the above, in this paper, we will discuss the damage to the Daihatsu Luxio alternator with the frequency response function (FRF) method. Damage to the alternator can be seen at point A and point D, seen with a frequency at 1500 Hz in a damaged condition, while in good condition there is no frequency at 1500 Hz. At points B, C, E, and F have the same vibration pattern between the damaged and undamaged conditions. Visually checking results show that the bearing component at point A, it is known that the ball bearing is peeling. This results in a rough spinning of the bearing and makes the alternator make a rough noise while working.

The alternator or dynamo ampere is a device that functions as a generator that produces alternating current (AC) and converts it to direct current (DC). Signs of damage that often occur due to damage to the Alternator are the smell of burning, squeaking, dim spotlights, indicator lights, malfunction of the battery, and the supply of electricity. These signs will cause the vehicle to stop in the middle of the trip the electricity supply is very lacking. This requires that preventive maintenance checks on the alternator are a must in the automotive world. In this paper we research measuring the vibration of the alternator due to the influence of rotation speed (750 rpm and 1800 rpm), to predict damage to the alternator of the Daihatsu Luxio vehicle. The results of this study indicate that at the rotational speed of 750 rpm and 1800 rpm, were found 1x rpm the condition of the vibration amplitude on the alternator is smaller than the alternator in poor condition, this is due to the presence of an unbalanced alternator. Also, vibration due to misalignment is obtained because it has characteristics, among others: vibrations with a frequency of 1xRPM and/or accompanied by a relatively large 2xRPM, and relatively high vibration in the axial direction.
