The influence of the knowledge management processes on results in basic education schools

Abstract: Purpose This study aims to identify the influence of knowledge management processes on the performance of basic education, including both private and confessional organizations. Design/methodology/approach This study is based on a positivist view of science and adopts a quantitative approach.
