Knowledge Management Practice for Sustainable Development in Higher Education Institutions: Women Managers’ Perspective

Abstract: Women play a crucial leadership role in higher education institutions by implementing knowledge management practices; however, there is a lack of scientific studies that mainly investigate this role.
