The Influence of Ownership Structure and Corporate Governance to Investment Decision Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract: This study aims to determine the significance effect of ownership structure, corporate governance to investment decisions manufacture companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data used in this study is secondary and primary using 40 sample companies manufacturing.
