The Influence of Knowledge Management Mediation and Work Motivation on Leadership and Organizational Task Performance

Abstract: This research examines the relationship between leadership and direct organizational task performance of lectures that is directly and indirectly moderated by knowledge management and work motivation. The data was obtained from 155 respondents, which were chosen as samples.
