The Influence of Internal Quality Assurance and Quality Culture on Performance of Higher Education Institution

Abstract: The aims of this study are, to evaluate the influence of the University's internal quality assurance on the culture of quality and organizational performance. The study was conducted at five State Universities in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. Survey design is used in data collection by using questionnaire instruments.
