The Impact of Training Methods on Effective Training Process in Ajman Police: The Moderating Role of Readiness for Training

Abstract: The present paper primarily aimed to examine the joint effect of training methods and readiness for training on the effective training process (ETP). The paper conducted an examination of the proposed study model, using the survey questionnaire design. Data were gathered from Ajman police departments by distributing 252 questionnaire copies.
