Earlier, studies 29,30 have highlighted a bidirectional relationship between job satisfaction and performance where 11.8% of health workers' performance was explained by their job satisfaction. In this regard, in evaluating CHWs job satisfaction in Rwanda, stakeholders can achieve this through performance appraisals, and where CHWs performance is seen to be below a set target, appropriate measures can be put in place to address any outstanding issues that may be adversely affecting their job satisfaction.…”
