The Impact of Employee Empowerment on Job Engagement: Evidence from Jordan

Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of employee empowerment (i.e., structural and psychological empowerment) on job engagement (i.e., physical, emotional, and cognitive engagement).
