An organization is the formation of human relations work behavior efficiently and effectively to obtain personal satisfaction in carrying out their duties and providing certain environmental conditions to achieve goals. This study aimed to determine the effect of system quality, adoption of business intelligence, and flexibility of IT infrastructure mediated by organizational agility mediated by competitive performance on online fashion retailers so that it can be used as a reference in the field of science. Quantitative techniques were used in this study. The analysis of this study is a structural approach to the Equation Model (SEM) with the help of smart PLS. The results of this study are to indicate that the adoption of business intelligence is not able to affect organizational agility, system quality affects organizational agility, IT infrastructure flexibility affects organizational agility, competitive performance affects organizational agility, system quality affects competitive performance, adoption of business intelligence affects competitive performance, IT infrastructure flexibility affects competitive performance. Competitive performance is able to mediate the effect of system quality on organizational agility and IT infrastructure flexibility on organizational agility. Competitive performance is not able to mediate the adoption of business intelligence on organizational agility. This research contributes literature for further research conducted by other researchers.

The prime objective of the present study was to examine the relationship between compatibility, top management support, competitive pressure and organizational performance with the mediation of business intelligence. The data in the present study were collected from the employees of Madina grocery store by purposive sampling. The response rate of the study was 69%. The collected data was analysed through smart PLS 3.3.2. The results of the study revealed that competitive pressure, top management support and compatibility have a positive effect on business intelligence and organizational performance. Additionally, the mediation result of business intelligence is also confirmed by the results of the present research. This research fills the gap between limited studies regarding business intelligence and organizational performance. This study is helpful for the decision-makers of management of different organizations.

The problem of sustainable business excellence has been investigated according to different aspects in different fields. For a more detailed analysis, it is necessary to develop an integrative sustainable business excellence model, respecting the baseline model of business excellence according to the European Foundation of Quality Management, with the possibility of defining the relationships and levels of significance of different variables. The primary goal of this paper is to present a developed integrative model to simulate the effects of information and communication technologies, and quality and effects of leadership improvement, as independent variables, on sustainable business excellence in higher education institutions, as a dependent variable. The model was developed by applying dynamic system techniques and evaluated by using statistical methods. In the sample of 17 Serbian and 21 Russian universities, the authors analyzed the information and communication support, leadership and quality, and their impact on sustainable business excellence. According to the simulation analysis, it was concluded that the EFQM model of self-assessment could help produce a more customer-oriented culture in HEIs, through ICT support, leadership and quality criteria enhancements.
