Interpersonal communication is the key to success in communication between coaches and athletes to understand and know the state of an athlete. The purpose of the study was to determine the interpersonal communication skills possessed by prospective trainers. The research method used a descriptive method with survey techniques related to the interpersonal communication skills of prospective trainers. The number of samples in this study was 105 samples with a sampling technique using purposive samples. The sample used in this study is a prospective trainer who has currently completed the basic material and is in the process of completing the advanced material. The results of this study obtained data: 1) Session 1: Sending clear messages, getting a score of 60% (Need more consistent attention); 2) Session 2: Listening Ability scored 56.19% (Need more consistent attention); 3) Session 3: Giving and Getting Feedback scored 60% (Need more consistent attention), 4) Session 4: Handling Emotional Interactions scored 60% (Need more consistent attention). These results are considered still not high enough, considering that prospective coaches will meet and deal with athletes who have very different characteristics. So, it is hoped that the prospective trainer can improve interpersonal communication skills (not only the ability to train). In this study, it is still limited to find out and collect data on the interpersonal communication skills of prospective trainers. Interpersonal communication improvement programs will be very possible for future research.

Banyak badan usaha baik itu usaha besar, menengah maupun kecil yang memanfaatkan internet sebagai sarana untuk menjalankan usahanya. Penggunaan email dipilih sebagai salah satu medium komunikasi dalam konteks bisnis maupun pemasaran. Email dapat digunakan untuk berkomunikasi antara pemilik usaha dengan konsumen atau calon konsumen, atau bahkan sesama pemilik usaha untuk berkomunikasi terkait bidang usahanya. Komunikasi menggunakan email ini dapat digunakan dalam konteks komunikasi bisnis dalam interaksi antarpribadi maupun dalam kelompok. Email dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan pengiriman dokumen, gambar, maupun video yang diperlukan dalam menjalani bisnis maupun pemasaran. Seperti komunikasi dalam konteks antarpribadi maupun kelompok, diperhatikan tata cara dan etika komunikasi yangdilakukan melalui pengunaan email. Komunikasi yang dilakukan secara langsung akan terikat dengan budaya dan aturan, termasuk juga etika. Begitu pula ketka komunikasi yang dilakukan dimediasi menggunakan media, dalam hal ini adalah email. Memahami email dan penggunaan fitur-fitur yang dimilikinya sebagai satu alat komunikasi perlu dipelajari sebelum seseorang menggunakannya. Selain itu, etika dalam berkomunikasi ketika menggunakan email juga menjadi satu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan. Remaja sebagai pengguna aktif media elektronik dan digital dilihat perlu mendapatkan bekal literasi penggunaan email sesuai dengan etika yang berlaku. Berdasarkan dasar pemikiran tersebut, maka literasi etika komunikasi dalam menggunakan email untuk menunjang efektivitas komunikasi dalam bisnis perlu diberikan kepada siswa sekolah menengah sebagai bekal literasi dan kemahiran berkomunikasi mereka dalam dunia profesional. Literasi media digital terkait etika komunikasi menggunakan email untuk menunjang efektivitas komunikasi bisnis akan diberikan kepada siswa SMKN 1 Kota Tangerang khususnya siswa dengan peminatan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran sebagai bekal ketrampilan berkomunikasi mereka.

Abstract. The article focused on the analysis of Babad Banyumas which is integrated in historical learning contents. The purpose of this integration was an effort to improve the sympathy of fellow students. Practicing this empathy was for the sake of realizing a harmonious friendship. This research was conducted in explorative way due to data collection techniques using observation, interview, document analysis, and questionnaire. The selection of the object was based on its position as a standard text. This paper was based on text analysis with qualitative research. Checklist was used as assessment instrument. Validity was done through discussion and triangulation technique. Data analysis was done through interactive analysis technique based on independent samples t-test using SPSS 15. The results of the study showed that the integrated history of Babad Banyumas could improve the empathy of fellow students.
