The effects of mindfulness‐based interventions on nurses' anxiety and depression: A meta‐analysis

Abstract: Objective This meta‐analysis aimed to determine the effect of mindfulness interventions on nurses' levels of depression and anxiety. Design Meta‐analysis of randomised controlled trials.
