<span lang="EN-US">The integration of quality management in physical education has changed the traditional approach to teaching. The information overload and an enormous amount of irrelevant data available to qualified specialists may lead to professional stress. Quality management offers educators tips on how to avoid information overload while still staying updated with the necessary information, knowledge and skills. The research aimed to examine the main characteristics of quality management in teaching. The sample consisted of 296 students: 73% - male subjects, 27% - females subjects. The average age is 19.37±0.31. The research analyzed the factors affecting the quality of education using the quality competency and student satisfaction questionnaire. The findings revealed that Chinese students were satisfied with the physical and environmental conditions (8.1±0.23 points) and it was 22% higher than the results of Ukrainian students. The education programs, technological opportunities and student scientific work have the greatest influence on the quality of education in China (8.38±0.32). The least influence has the adequacy of management and staff (7.21±0.27). Career support, tours and practices related to physical education have the greatest influence on the education quality in Ukraine (8.43±0.32). The parameters identified by the research can be integrated into the system of higher physical education to improve the quality and academic achievements.</span>

The article examines the features of consumer behavior of Generation Z, the largest consumer group in the world today. The authors highlight the ability and willingness to purchase goods and services online as the main trends in changing consumer behavior, while the main means of getting information, choosing a product (service), and paying for a purchase today are smartphones and tablets actively used by representatives of Generation Z. Generation Z has been determined to be digital consumers boldly shopping online. They stay online most of their time (working online, studying online, social media from 3 to 6 hours a day, watching movies and entertainment content online, etc.) and before purchasing anything, Generation Z expects to access to and evaluate information, reads reviews, and conducts its research. Generation Z looks forward to co-creation with brands, participation in teams, and collaboration with managers; it expects innovation from their employers, leaders, and brands. Due to this digital literate consumption, it makes highly informed, more pragmatic, and analytical decisions than representatives of previous generations. The article also shows that social networks are becoming the main channel for delivering advertising information to a young audience with a focus on visual content (video, infographics) and the shortest formats possible: Generation Z consumes information fragmentarily, as they use several devices simultaneously.

This study is presented to investigate the effect of institutional proprietorship and audit committee size on the propensity of the companies to select outside auditors affiliated with the big four and know the accuracy of prediction based on these determinants. Following several previous scholars, this study uses the company size as the control variable. Furthermore, the logistic regression model and matrix classification are employed to answer the research intention by employing the Indonesian non-financial companies in the LQ45 index from 2014 to 2018 as the population. Moreover, to search for the total samples of 21 and take them from the populace, this study uses the Slovin formula with an inaccuracy border of 10% and a simple random sampling technique. Once examining the data, this study finds that institutional proprietorship and audit committee number positively affect the corporate propensity to choose the auditor affiliated with the big four. Similarly, this tendency happens in the firm size as the control variable. Additionally, the accuracy of grouping prediction of the firms using reputable and non-reputable auditors based on these determinants is 90.50%, 95.2%, 90.5%, 85.7%, and 85.7% for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
