The Effect of Thidiazuron on Callus and in vitro Shoots Development of Date Palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) cv. Barhee

Abstract: Date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) is one of the most important fruit trees spread in southern Iraq, but because of many circumstances decreased their numbers significantly, the propagation of date palm by tissue culture was the best solution for re-preparation of the problem as it was previously, because propagation is accelerated.
