The development of the education system is one of the major factors used in assessing the success of national development. The process of teaching and learning is one of the determining factors in the development of an education system. Efforts that can be made in creating and improving human resources can be pursued through education (Suryarahman & Hastuti, 2014;Wilson, 2014). One who plays the main role in the world of education is teachers. Teachers become agents of change in determining the fate of young learners with their future. Elementary School Teachers particularly have a big role in improving the quality of education of the students. Elementary teachers are expected to be able to make changes, especially to arouse the students' enthusiasm in learning, which ultimately leads to a learning success (Okeke & Mtyuda, 2017). Therefore, there's a strong call for the elementary teachers' competence so that these teachers can improve the quality of education, make changes, and develop their professionalism in teaching (Ball, 2000;Day, 2002). A teacher in digital era is someone regarded as the one who is consciously responsible for educating, teaching, and guiding the students in and outside the school to become human beings useful to the nation and state (Amin, 2016;Hamalik, 2008;Wiretna et al., 2020). Teachers are professional educators whose main tasks are of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and assessing the students in the context of formal, basic, and even secondary education. The rapid development in the world of education requires teachers to have professional abilities and to master a variety of abilities or competencies as they enable them to carry out their tasks successfully.

The problem of aggressive behavior is continuously more developing in form and intensity. The impact felt by victims and perpetrators of aggressive behavior is also more and more complex. One way to reduce aggressive behavior is to train students in self-regulation of emotion, for which in this study, the exercises are done with the help of modules. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the self-regulation of emotion modules to reduce aggressive behavior. This study uses a quasi-experimental type with a nonequivalent control group design. The instrument used in this study was a scale of aggressive behavior. The data analysis technique used is the independent sample t-test. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant difference in the aggressive behavior of students, who reduced trough self-regulation of emotion module interventions from students who reduced traditional counseling interventions. The aggressive behavior of students, who reduced the self-regulation of emotion module intervention was lower than the aggressive behavior of students who reduced traditional counseling interventions.

Student problems in the Covid-19 condition are very complex and urgent in the needs of the Covid-19 pandemic and after Covid-19. School counsellors have the competence to identify through assessment. However, not all reviews can analyze students' problems comprehensively. This study focuses on assessing student problems that can diagnose the condition of students from the personal, social, academic, and career fields. The research method uses a mixed-method through qualitative data supported by quantitative data. The research targets were students, then tested the validity and reliability for students N=929. The results of data analysis describe ten students' problems from the personal, social, learning, and career fields with valid and reliable items. The results of item validity are 49 accurate statement items or corrected item-total correlation > 0.1161, while one thing is invalid with 0.936 reliability or very high criteria. School counsellors can use assessment of student problems in analyzing student problems and needs. The results of the evaluation can be used for guidance and counselling plans by school counsellors.
