The Effect of Employees’ Trust in Supervisors and Their Quality of Working Life on Their Intention to Leave Job: A Study on Hotel Employees

Abstract: Bu çalışmanın amacı, otel işletmeleri işgörenlerinin, yöneticilerine duydukları güven ile çalışma yaşam kalitelerinin işten ayrılma niyetlerine etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada ilk olarak araştırmanın değişkenlerini oluşturan kavramlar hakkında literatür taraması yapılarak kuramsal alt yapı ortaya konulmuştur.
