The Effect of Customer Engagement Social Media to Brand Loyalty Indosat Ooredoo

Abstract: This research aims to study and determine about the condition of customer engagement social media, the condition of brand loyalty on Indosat Ooredoo and effects of customer engagement social media to brand loyalty on Indosat Ooredoo.
