The Differential Fate of Soluble Antigen and Antigen-Antibody Complexes in Rabbits and Their Effect on Antibody Response

Abstract: Summary The in vivo fate of antigen-antibody complexes differentially labeled with 125I and 131I in the same animal is described. Antibody responses to the antigen portions of these soluble complexes were followed by determination of antigen-binding capacity using horse and bovine albumins labeled with 125I and 131I.
