Concept sustainable of banking is based on principle realization growth and profit for the bank and shareholders, but only with achievement social goals, as and care for conservation life environment. Providing new ones banking service and creation new ( green ) banking jobs, except for _ profitable, they achieve and spreads social and ecological goals, chances are with creation competitive advantages, both in countries Western Balkans observed in the work, so and in all countries of the world In this one work we will focus on analysis macroeconomic parameters in countries Western Balkans works tests influence selected indicators on performance banking system, with special in retrospect on social and component protection life environment. The results indicate that rate unemployment the most significant indicator potentially risky events for bankers, as and banks they are not recognized in national conservation strategies _ life environment which are in WB countries currently on strength. Accordingly, the former is necessary to carry out education foreign affairs, and in parallel to promote green loans like they live and in the long term more favorable of traditional loans, with update the existing one regulatory frame in the domain protection life environment.

Circular economy, as a concept that requires a multidisciplinary, holistic approach, as well as involvement of many different stakeholders, is becoming the subject of interest not only in the wide academic community, but also practitioners. One of the factors that greatly contributed to the development of the circular economy is modern digital technologies and their massive application. The aim of this paper is to point out the role and importance of the commercial banks in the application of circular economy in the digital age. Among various stakeholders in the Republic of Serbia, commercial banks, as the most important segment of the financial sector, should be specially emphasized. Banks have already included the aspect of energy efficiency, environmental protection, and other areas that speed up the development of the circular economy in their credit risk policies. On the one hand, commercial banks need to provide sufficient funding to circular businesses, while on the other hand they need to make internal transition from a linear toward circular economy. The key conclusion is that engagement of commercial banks in the circular economy in the digital age contributes to the socially responsible behavior, as well as to the greater profitability and competitiveness.

The two terms, analysis and self-analysis, are often treated as synonyms when used as research tools in corporate communications. That is particularly the case when it comes to business organizations without much prior knowledge and experience dealing with complex tasks that address contemporary issues. One of these tasks, which is becoming more popular, comes from the area of social responsibility. Many business organizations, especially the ones operating internationally, are working on improving their public standing precisely by using one or several of the four responsibility dimensions - economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic. Ethical responsibility is one of the more popular dimensions, especially in Southeast Europe today. This responsibility dimension concentrates on implementing and improving inner standards, defined by the business organizations, that are determined to better the treatment of all stakeholders. But mere implementation and active usage aren't enough to convert the audience's opinion or significantly shift one's reputation. What is also needed is dynamic and cyclical communication that covers all the essential issues from the topic while including as many participants from the internal and external public as possible. That is the reason for a model that can analyze the communication of ethical responsibility, both inner and outer, but can also serve as a guiding tool for business organizations with low experience with social responsibility. What makes it especially essential is its implementation in countries in the process of legal EU integration and the lack of application of ethical principles in the workplace. Since the EU has the highest standards regarding ethical responsibility, this issue can be especially crucial for the country's economic and political future.
