The depth range of the Earth'snatural pulse electromagneticfield (or ENPEMF)

Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of the literature sources, we determined the possible range of using the method of the Earth`s natural pulse electromagnetic field. As a result of detailed analysis of domestic and foreign research, we demonstrated the relevance of conducting research focused on development of the Earth'snatural pulse electromagneticfield (or ENPEMF). Using the results of theoretical studies, the advantages and disadvantages of the ENPEMF method were determined. A complex of physical processes whic… Show more

“…The natural pulsed electromagnetic field is one of earth's natural geophysical fields and is characterized by a nonstationary state over time [26][27][28]. The ENPEM field propagates well in the earth's crust due to the wave nature.…”

“…Recent researches indicate that these tasks should be supplemented by an assessment of the stress-strain state of mining area formed as a result of exploitation, and forecasting the development of subsidence and sinkholes on the earth's surface as a result of mine development of deposits [Kuzmenko et al, 2018;Bagriy et al, 2020;Kryzhanivskyi et al, 2017;Deshchytsia et al, 2016;Kuzmenko et al, 2019;Chepurnyi et al, 2020].…”

“…The experience of geophysical research in salt deposits in Ukraine shows that, in order to study the salt karst, three methods should be applied: gravimetry, transient electromagnetics (TEM), and investigation of the natural pulse electromagnetic field of Earth (NIEMFE) [Bagriy, 2016;Kuzmenko, et al, 2017;Kuzmenko, et al, 2018;Shurovskyi, et al, 2012Shurovskyi, et al, , 2013Deshchytsya et al, 2016;Maksymchuk et al, 2019].…”

“…The method NIEMFE is based on reflecting in the field natural electromagnetic radiation of stressdeformed state of rocks. A brief description of theoretical information about the method is presented in the work [Kuzmenko et al, 2018]. Thanks to the fact that a signal is recorded in one point by a portable device, there is a possibility to apply a solid grid of observation network.…”
