This study investigates the guaranteed recall likelihood of temporarily unemployed white-collar and blue-collar workers in the labour markets affected by Covid-19 in Indonesia’s western and eastern regions. The August 2020 microdata from Sakernas were used using logistic regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows a balance of male and female workforce composition. However, the unemployment rate affected by Covid-19 is higher in western Indonesia than in eastern Indonesia. In the western part of Indonesia, the temporarily unemployed are more distributed in urban areas, while in the eastern part of Indonesia, they are more dispersed in rural areas. By gender, more men than women are temporarily unemployed due to Covid-19 in western and eastern Indonesia. Regression statistics show that layoffs and temporary layoffs impact white-collar and blue-collar workers differently. It can be seen that white-collar workers in western Indonesia have the highest return-to-work protection factor, while blue-collar workers in eastern Indonesia have the lowest. Urban areas provide blue-collar workers in eastern Indonesia with higher guaranteed chances of returning to work. Male white-collar workers in the Western Indonesia region are the most likely to return to work compared to other categories. The age variable is not significant for white-collar workers but is significant for blue-collar workers. The only significant education variable is the assurance that blue-collar workers in eastern Indonesia will return to work. An additional skill variant in the form of a course will provide a higher assurance of being recalled to work in the eastern region of Indonesia.

The implementation of regional autonomy as an embodiment of the system of good governance is characterized by the proliferation of problems with the lack of quality accounting information produced both by the central government and regional governments in Indonesia, one of the trigger factors for the lack of quality accounting information caused by the application of accounting systems not yet effective by various government agencies in Indonesia. This study aims to find out how the application of accrual basis in accounting system at the government and its influence on the quality of accounting information that it produces. This study uses the method of verifying causality to determine the effect between variables. The population in this study were as many as 44 district and city governments of Papua and West Papua provinces. Whereas the observation unit is DPKAD in 44 provinces/cities/districts in the Papua and West Papua regions. Sampling technique uses a census so that all members of the population become the study sample. The results of this study show empirical evidence that the application of accrual basis to the accounting system influences the quality of accounting information generated from the financial statements of 44 regency and city governments in the provinces of Papua and West Papua.

Project failure is largely due to poor planning and monitoring. Many people consider event management to be a wedding planner or concert, but the field of event management involves more than that. Event management is the process of using business management and organizational skills to imagine, plan, and carry out social and business events. Many companies use event management companies to coordinate their most important meetings and other events. This article discusses how project management integration and event management are planning a service industry activity. This research uses an explanatory qualitative approach through collecting data by interviewing and observing the event management in Jakarta. The results of the interim research that companies need to create a framework that can be used as a guide. Project integration management and event management are very significant. Event management requires strong organizational, budgeting and creative skills. Meanwhile project management deals with tracking process implementation, from the perspective of schedules and costs. It includes functions to develop an optimal project schedule, generate project financial models, schedule and track efforts against the plan, manage costs against the budget, and report status. The importance of project management, serves as a resource management tool in allocating HR, equipment, cost / budget, time, and applications.
