The Combined Dyeing and Finishing of Cellulosic Fabrics

Abstract: The introduction of reactive dyes has made possible the development of methods for linking the dyeing and finishing processes. This step offers considerable economy in operating costs because of the simplicity of the operations and the streamlining of production, and at the same time dye consumption is markedly reduced as a result of the very high degree of fixation obtained.
