This research is aimed to find out the perception of Natural Science teacher on subject specific pedagogy integratedof earthquake disaster mitigation. It is a descriptive research with 12 of Natural Science Candidates of Teacher and 14 Natural Science teachers. The research data is obtained by using validated questionnaire. The validity and reliability of questionnaire instrument are qualitatively analyzed by using SPSS application. The score of reliability is 0.785, 0,799 and 0,639 which means all three indicators of the questionnaire has high reliability. The data analysis technique is performed using quantitative percentage. The research result indicates that the perception of Natural Science teachers and teacher candidates on subject specific pedagogy is in good category which score is 80.35. The aspect of teachers and teacher candidates' knowledge is 83.85 and is categorized as good. While the aspect of knowledge on Natural Science learning integrated by disaster mitigation of teachers and teacher candidates is 73.33 and is categorized as moderate criteria. SSP development in Natural Science learning should be performed and make it as a guidance and is used by teachers in implementing the learning. Much effort is required to prepare and support teachers in handling disaster in the classroom. Therefore, the development of SSP Natural Science which is integrated with earthquake mitigation can become a reference in performing disaster learning. It is potential to make Natural Science as one of disaster mitigation education medium.

In the past two decades, Indonesia has become more active in humanitarian affairs, despite a preoccupation with natural hazards and political hurdles at home. In so doing, the Indonesian government employs “humanitarianism as diplomacy” — humanitarian action to promote its national interests — instead of deploying its efforts under a narrow understanding of humanitarianism. This is demonstrated in the country's humanitarian foci, which form part of its leadership ambitions in resolving crises in ASEAN and in supporting Muslim communities globally. As such, the Indonesian government's contributions are more pronounced in cases which promote Indonesia's regional and global leadership, such as in the Rohingya crisis and the Palestine issue. Indonesia also actively participates in disaster mitigation efforts in disaster-prone countries, which expands its international presence beyond ASEAN and the Middle East. This article identifies the foundation of Indonesia's humanitarianism and its key drivers, humanitarian contributions, and captures the involvement of state and non-state actors in such engagements.

Makassar as one of Indonesia's largest cities, has seen a variety of environmental repercussions as a result of its rapid urbanization and population increase. The management of green open space is part of the city government's objective for a sustainable city vision. The policy implementation was delayed, according to an earlier study, by issues of facilities, infrastructure, and budgeting. It is necessary to do additional studies using different methods to measure implementation performance more precisely. Within three months, primary and secondary data were collected for a mixed methodology approach that focused on the administrative and technological viability of a policy while employing effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, and equality as research criteria. The percentage had increased to 3.52% during the last two years as a result of the budget increase, and there were now seven different types of GOS totaling 1,461 hectares located unevenly among 14 districts, where the distribution priority was not primarily based on population density as the main indicator. Performance throughout implementation was efficient and effective. Law, regulation, and guidelines that were thorough and clear, the involvement of the private sector, good coordination of implementer agencies, collaborative deliberation, the use of integrated licensing technology, and corporate social responsibility were noteworthy factors supporting performance. The performance in terms of adequacy and equality required additional improvement, necessitating more focus on low responsiveness, low budgeting, bad facilities, accuracy in prioritizing distribution, land conversion, and land price.
