“…Because the rate of human implantation (and consequent pregnancy and delivery) is innately low-between 10% and 30% (Gardner 2004)-it is o en di icult to establish small but significant improvement, particularly with the relatively low volume of women seen in many clinics over a year. Systematic meta-analysis of all randomised controlled trials (RCTs) is, therefore, an important tool for assessing whether an innovation o ers a true advancement in technology.…”

Evidence suggests improved clinical pregnancy and live birth rates with the use of functional concentrations of HA as an adherence compound in ART cycles. However, the evidence obtained is of moderate quality. The increase in multiple pregnancy rate may be the result of use of a combination of an adherence compound and a policy of transferring more than one embryo. Further studies of adherence compounds with single embryo transfer need to be undertaken.

“…It is important to improve measurement, particularly in relation to neurocognitive and social risk factor indices in order to develop more targeted approaches to intervention . However, evidence from individual participant data meta-analyses of Incredible Years parenting programmes suggest that subgroup di erences may not be as significant as previously thought (Gardner 2019;Leijten 2018;Leijten 2019). Therefore, it is important to consider the extent to which personalised interventions may a ect outcomes for subgroups of children with CD.…”

“…Parent training interventions are mainly based on behaviour-management principles that arise from social-learning theory and comprise structured programmes that allow for reliable application by trained professionals (Kazdin 1997;NICE 2006a). They are based on the principle that the essential skills can be learned and practised (Gardner 2004). Parent training interventions in ADHD are generally aimed at both improving the parents' understanding of ADHD as well as increasing their behaviour management skills.…”

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
