Bài báo này khảo sát công suất hao phí gây tỏa nhiệt của từng IGBT trong biến tần ba bậc (3L-NPC) và điều khiển động cơ không đồng bộ (ĐCKĐB) ba pha bằng phương pháp điều khiển trực tiếp mô-men lực (DTC). Phương án phân phối lại nhiệt từ các IGBT chịu ảnh hưởng nhiều nhất đến các IGBT còn lại bằng việc thay đổi cấu trúc điều khiển DTC sẽ được đề xuất và phân tích. Kết quả của thí nghiệm sẽ được kiểm tra và trình bày bằng mô phỏng trên MATLAB/Simulink.Từ khóa: IGBT, biến tần 3L-NPC, điều khiển trực tiếp mô-men lực, nhiệt tiêu hao, MATLAB, Simulink. AbstractThe unbalanced dissipation of heat from IGBTs in the multilevel inverters causes the degradation of their performance and the reduction of their lifetime during the industrial operation. In this paper, the heat of all IGBTs in the Three-level Neutral Point Clamped (3L-NPC) inverter will be investigated through the control of the induction machine using direct torque control (DTC) technique. The proposed strategy for redistributing the losses from the most stressed IGBTs to the others by modifying the DTC pattern will be analized and simulated. All results are presented graphically from the simulation by MATLAB/Simulink software.Keywords: IGBT, 3L-NPC inverter, direct torque control, losses, MATLAB, Simulink. Ký hiệu Phần mở đầuBiến tần 3L-NPC [1] là một trong các thiết bị phổ biến trong điều khiển ĐCKĐB ba pha ở các nhà máy sàn xuất và công nghiệp. Các cảm biến hoặc các thiết bị hỗ trợ giám sát và bảo vệ biến tần cũng được áp dụng nhiều trong các hệ thống quan trọng để giảm thiểu khả năng hư hỏng của thiết bị do sự quá nhiệt không đồng đều từ các IGBT bên trong. Tuy nhiên, việc kết nối thêm các cảm biến với biến tần không phải là điều dễ dàng và làm tăng chi phí bảo trì, lắp ráp hệ thống. Trong quá trình hoạt động, biến tần điều khiển động cơ với vận tốc và tải khác nhau làm cho nhiệt tỏa ra từ các IGBT không đồng đều nhau. Nhiệt lượng bắt nguồn từ hai thành phần chính bao gồm: Công suất đóng-cắt (CSĐC) là công suất tiêu hao năng lượng trong quá trình chuyển trạng thái đóng-mở (switching state). Công suất dẫn điện (CSDĐ) là công suất gây cho mối nối bán dẫn bên trong linh kiện nóng lên trong suốt thời gian dẫn điện (conducting state). Due to their performances and inherent benefits, especially in medium-voltage and high-power applications, multilevel inverters have received an increasing attention in real world industrial applications. The present paper deals with a review of the main multilevel inverter topologies as well their most common derived and hybrid structures quoted in previous research works. It also encompasses an investigation on voltage harmonic elimination and THD estimation. For that reason, the paper summarizes the most relevant modulation techniques used so far to enhance the output voltage quality. Theoretical formulas evoked in the literature, for calculating the output voltage THD upper and lower bounds are reported and verified by adequate simulations.

-The electrical energy consumption continues to grow and more applications will be based on electricity in the next decades. We can expect that more 60 % of all energy consumption will be converted and used as electricity. It is a demand that production, distribution and use of electrical energy are done as efficiently as possible. Further, emerging climate changes argues to find future solutions which also are sustainable. Two major technologies will play important roles to solve parts of those future problems. One is the change the electrical power production from conventional, fossil (and short term) based energy sources to renewable energy sources. Another is to use power electronics to achieve high efficiency in power generation, transmission/distribution and utilization. This paper discuss trends of the most promising renewable energy sources, wind energy, which ,integrated with power electronics, is changing the future electrical infrastructure and also contributes steadily to non-carbon based electricity production. The paper's focus is on the power electronics technologies used in wind turbine systems.
