Técnicas para un desempeño eficaz del estudiante

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es proponer un modelo empírico para un desempeño eficaz a partir del las técnicas en estudiantes de bachillerato. El diseño de investigación es cuantitativo, bajo el tipo transversal, descriptivo y correlacional. La recolección de datos fue por medio de una encuesta. La muestra fue estratificada por semestre y sección de un bachillerato de la ciudad de Saltillo Coahuila, seleccionando a un total de 263 estudiantes, de los cuales el 51% fueron mujeres y el 49% fueron hombres. Para la obtención de resultados se realizó un análisis de regresión lineal, obteniendo un modelo a partir del lugar donde se desarrolla el aprendizaje y otro en relación a las técnicas empleadas por el docente. Concluyendo que técnicas de instrucción que manejen aprendizajes elaboracionales deductivos y las representaciones de estos en formatos visuales son fuente de un mejor aprovechamiento académico de los alumnos.
 
 The objective of the research is to propose an empirical model for effective performance based on techniques in high school students. The research design is quantitative, under the transversal, descriptive and correlational type. Data collection was by means of a survey. The sample was stratified by semester and section of a high school in the city of Saltillo Coahuila, selecting a total of 263 students, of whom 51% were women and 49% were men. To obtain results, a linear regression analysis was performed, obtaining a model based on the place where the learning takes place and another in relation to the techniques used by the teacher. Concluding that instructional techniques that handle deductive learning and their representations in visual formats are a source of better academic achievement for students.
