The aim of this study was to examine the influence of knowledge management, knowledge workers, and industrial revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) on the competitiveness of Ivory Glove Sdn Bhd. Two methods have been used in this study which were interviews and questionnaires. The interviews have been conducted with the Vice Chairman of Ivory Glove Sdn Bhd, and the management team. In addition, a total number of 106 employees in Ivory Glove Sdn Bhd have participated in this research study. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The research goals were met using reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, and correlation analysis. According to the findings, Ivory Glove Sdn Bhd's competitiveness is positively impacted by all the variables. However, this study also showed that Ivory Glove Sdn Bhd needs to put more emphasis on knowledge management for the business to be more competitive in the market and industry. The findings of this study have an important implication on how Ivory Glove Sdn Bhd's management could improve and focused on the competitiveness for its future growth. The results of this study provide information on how the company can achieve competitiveness by implementing change management related to knowledge management, upskilling the knowledge workers, and adapting industrial revolution 4.0 concepts in manufacturing operations. All the above are essential for an organization to remain competitive and relevant in the global market. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of knowledge management practice, knowledge workers’ contribution, and adaptation of industrial revolution 4.0 on innovation competitiveness in Ivory Glove Sdn Bhd. The adaptation of the fourth industrial revolution is critical in ensuring knowledge capture, knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer, and knowledge application, particularly to assist management in exploring global networking and branding their product in Malaysia, as well as to improve knowledge workers' expertise and skills in becoming competitive in the digital era.

The paper presents a systematic review of the latest developments in the natural rubber industry and describes the major predictors for the sustainability of Indonesia's competitive advantage in this sector. In-depth interviews with experts were conducted to gather data from the private and public industries, International Trade Statistic, and Statistics Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the Diamond Model, which is widely used as the framework of a country's competitive advantage. The data is processed to find the RCA value and mapping the factors affecting the competitive advantages of ITRC countries. In the face of falling rubber prices, the Indonesia rubber industry's recent management strategy is to increase competitiveness sustainably by increasing productivity in the upstream industry and efficiency in the downstream industry. To boost competitiveness even further, a more concentrated endeavor to stimulate innovation and technology adoption by farmers and businesses is required. The study offers a comprehensive examination of Indonesia as a country with major agricultural export industries. It methodically investigates the strategies that must be implemented to sustain the rubber industry in Indonesia.

PT. SPU Palembang is an industrial company that produces Hospital Furniture and Rehabilitation products with the trademark SHIMA. This study aims to reduce the physical and mental workload received by workers in the Machine Shop Department. This research is focused on the production process .Measurement of physical workload uses the calculation of the worker's heart rate by calculating the percentage of Cardiovascular Load (CVL). Measurement of mental workload using the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) score calculation method. The results obtained based on the aspect of NASA-TLX before the proposal almost all workers receive a mental workload with a value of > 80 that is included in the category of heavy mental workloads except Milling-Drilling Workers (4) have a score < 80 in the category of moderate mental workload. After the proposal all workers have a score < 80 so that the mental workload received falls into the medium category. Based on the proposals applied to the Lathe Worker (1) and the Milling-Drilling Worker (4) namely the improvement of work methods in the process of turning, punching, and the proposed holding of a reminder as a tool to remember, the results obtained %CVL from both workers < 30%. Three other workers, although experiencing a decline, remained at > 30%.
