Systemic Moniliasis and Aspergillosis Complicating Corticotropin Therapy

Abstract: Her second hospital admission, two months later, was on July 15, 1953. She had had two normal menstrual periods in the intervening time. Her headaches had persisted. The hemogram revealed the red cell count to be 2,000,000 ; hemoglobin, 5 gm. ; white cell count, 4,300, with 85% polymorphonuclear cells, 14% lymphocytes, and 1% monocytes. The serum was yellow.
