System lipidic distress-syndrome at traumatic illness

Abstract: The purpose of work was studying of a role of systemic lipid metabolism disturbances in a pathogenesis of homeostasis disorders in the early posttraumatic period at fractures of pelvic bones in experiment and clinic.
