System comprehensive risk assessment of urban rainstorm–induced flood-water pollution disasters

Abstract: Urban ood disaster itself brings casualties and property losses, and may induce secondary derivative disasters that can lead to more serious damage. The rainstorm-induced ood -water pollution disasters studied in the paper is a kind of systematic risk. On the basis of determining the ood risk level by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the conditional probability in Bayesian theory is applied to explore and calculate the possibility of ood-induced water environment pollution, then the improved gr… Show more

“…Quan (2014) estimated household flood risk by combining hydrological modeling with GIS spatial analysis and using a multi-scenario approach, ignoring city stability and sensitivity to flooding risks. In summary, both at home and abroad, there are few multifaceted and all-encompassing internal flooding hazard risk evaluation methods (Huang et al 2023). In this paper, an indicator system optimisation model based on the coupled CATREG -AHP approach was developed and integrated with scenario simulation and GIS analysis to estimate the danger of internal flooding in the study area thoroughly.…”

“…Currently, there are limited comprehensive waterlogging disaster risk assessment systems both domestically and internationally (Huang et al 2023). This study has developed an optimized index system model based on CATREG-AHP coupling.…”
