“…Corn starch nanoparticles (CSNPs) are an odorless and tasteless white powder. It's used in wide applications of nanotechnology such as food and nanomaterials production, increasing bioavailability, protecting against chemical and biological deterioration, and boosting the physical properties [26]. Biopolymers are natural polymers that can be obtained from various kinds of sources.…”

“…The features of thermoplastic CSNPs are specifically covered after examining the botanical sources of starch and the methods used for extracting them, along with popular processing methods like solvent casting, extrusion, and film blowing. Additionally, it has been stated that additives like essential oils and functional organic compounds like carvacrol, eugenol, and cinnamic acid concentrate on the antioxidant and/or antibacterial characteristics of CSNPs and improve the CSNPs use in smart packaging [26]. The primary goal of this research is to determine the effect of CSNPs on the morphological, optical, and dielectric properties of the PVA/PMMA/PAAm blend in order to make sure that it will be suitable for various optoelectronic devices and biological applications.…”
