Synthesis and the Stimuli‐Responsive Characteristics of Cyclic Cholamide Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) Derivative with Aggregation in Basic Aqueous Solution

Abstract: Ac yclic cholamide nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD + )d erivative (CCN) hasbeen synthesized with high yield. CCN is able to form nanomicelles in basic aqueous solution and emits fluorescence. The emission intensity shows ag ood linear relation and ag ood reversibility with pH value (pH 7-11). The mechanismf or pH-mediated changes in optical properties was demonstrated to be the tautomeric equilibriums of CCN/CCN-OH.
