Innovation has been described as a vehicle of development. This research therefore address the question of relevance of fourth industrial revolution in providing backbone for disruption that could make sustainable development goal 9 achievable. The purpose of the study is to marry the intervention of disruptive innovation within the context of fourth industrial revolution and how it could help achieve SDG goal 9. Quantitative approach was used in carrying out the research while random sampling technique was used to pick samples randomly across the study area. Sample frame of 100 was picked while sample size of 50 samples was picked from the population frame. Questionnaire designed in Likert scale 1-5 was used for the study. The following results were presented, the need for disruptive innovation in construction field, state of disruption in construction operation in construction industry, factors affecting technological disruption [td], level of awareness of disruptive technology in the built environment, critical success factor in application of disruptive technologies, major drivers of disruptive innovations in construction industry and their functionalities. The study later proposed route for deployment of disruptive application in sustainable construction and achieving millennium development goal through disruptive innovations. Disruptive innovation is the key to desired technological development.

This paper focuses on the current theoretical views of venture capital that predetermines a "narrow" treatment. In the light of the existing "narrow" treatment, venture investors seek private commercial interests in financial support for Industry 4.0, ignoring other interests that fall beyond the limits of the current "narrow" treatment of venture capital. A "wide" treatment of venture capital 4.0 proposed in this paper allows for improving venture investors' market strategies. Implementing this treatment, they will strive for providing a whole range of advantages for society. Due to this novel approach, venture capital 4.0 might become a tool of corporate social responsibility. To substantiate this novel approach, this paper considers data for 2020 that reflect the influence of venture capital 4.0 on the economy in the period of its stability for 33 countries of the OECD, including developed and developing countries. Econometric modelling based on the official statistics data proves that Industry 4.0 venture capital will help achieve such growth goals as innovative development, global competitiveness, and increasing digital competitiveness. The limitations of this research are due to the impossibility of achieving such goals as sustainable development, economic growth, and implementation of human potential; what's more, the specifics of developing countries have not been studied sufficiently. The conclusions are oriented mainly at developed countries and could merely partially be applied to developing countries. During further research, it is expedient to exploremore thoroughlythe experience of the influence of Industry 4.0 venture capital on emerging economies.

The Teaching Campus Kampus Mengajar is an Indonesian Government's initiative that involves national higher education institutions to connect students with communities in schools across various regions, particularly those requiring educational educational assistance. This article examines the conservation implementation within Kampus Mengajar.The research involved literature analysis, case studies, as well as interviews with various stakeholders involved in the program. This study adopts a qualitative approach to investigate conservation implementation at Kampus Mengajar in Indonesia. This method allows in-depth exploration of program complexity and context, capturing stakeholder perspectives, experiences, and perceptions. Data collection involved structured interviews, direct observations, and document analysis.The research findings indicate that the program has made a significant contribution to conservation efforts concerning natural, cultural, and social resources in the schools where Kampus Mengajar operates.This can be observed from several aspects, including the development of local human resources, the preservation of local wisdom, and the enhancement of environmental awareness in the target communities. However, it faces challenges and obstacles in implementing conservation principles within Kampus Mengajar, such as limited resources, cultural differences, and logistical challenges.This study provides a better understanding of how conservation can be effectively integrated into higher education programs in Indonesia. It offers insights into the potential for further development and improvement in carrying out similar programs in the future. It concludes that Kampus Mengajar holds significant potential for supporting conservation and sustainable development efforts in various regions, assuming that the challenges and obstacles can be addressed with appropriate solutions.
