Surgical strategies for the removal of sphenoorbital meningiomas

“…The aim of this strategy is to decompress the optic nerve when there is decreased visual acuity, and to treat the exophthalmos (19,22). Our strategy for these tumors is not only relief the symptoms but also remove the tumor as much as possible.…”
