Successful treatment with multiple intra‐articular injections of infliximab in a patient with psoriatic arthritis

Abstract: This case report presents the clinical and radiographic course of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) involvement in a patient with severe TMJ symptoms from psoriatic arthritis (PsA) resistant to both systemic infliximab and intra-articular glucocorticoid and who therefore received multiple intra-articular infliximab injections for 36 weeks.
