Successful treatment of severe or methotrexate-resistant juvenile localized scleroderma with mycophenolate mofetil

Abstract

MMF appears to be effective in arresting disease progression in severe or MTX-refractory JLS and is generally well tolerated. Further controlled studies are needed to confirm these data.
