Study on geometric contact model of elastohydrodynamic lubrication of arbitrary intersecting line gear

Abstract: Considering the tribology design theory of arbitrary intersecting line gear (AILG) is still a blank, the equivalent ellipsoid model of contact area of the AILG pair was built and then improved by 3 modification methods of line teeth profile.
