Abstract:In the paper, a three-dimensional model is developed with cellular automaton method based on a series of experiments and the self-lubricating mechanism analysis. The model is used to investigate the dynamic friction process of sweat self-lubricating composite during high temperature sliding. The sliding friction coefficient and the distribution of lubricant on the worn surface of the composite are calculated out by using the cellular automaton (CA) model. The agreement between the computing and experimental re… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
