The paper analyzed the composition of the aircraft synchronous generator system. The simulation model of the three-stage synchronous generator is established in the environmental of MATALB according to the motion equation of generator and coordinate transformation. Proposed a control algorithm based on the Sliding-mode Variable Structure Control (SVSC) theory after analyzed the conventional control algorithm of voltage regulator. Particularized the realized method of the SVSC algorithm is proposed. Simulation of both control algorithms were conducted under MATLAB. Simulation results indicated the validity of the SVSC algorithm and advantages against conventional control algorithm.

To meet the industry demands of the drive motor controller of the pure electric vehicles, this paper introduces a design of the high-power brushless DC motor controller at the core of dsPIC30F6010A. Through the establishment of permanent magnet brushless DC motor (PMBLDC) mathematical model and the analysis of the running principle of it, the control scheme of pure electric vehicles was presented and the drive circuits, protection circuits and software programming of PMBLDC controller were designed in this paper. The paralled IGBT module is adopted as the drive circuits to solve the heat dissipation issues under the high current, PID is chosen as the control algorithm and cascade control is designed as the speed regulation.The simulation by MATLAB/simulink shows that the control scheme is reasonable, the system has fast response and smooth running.

Precision control system of two-DOF stage with linear ultrasonic motor

Using an appropriate control method, linear ultrasonic motors can be used in applications requiring high position accuracy. In this paper, a closed loop PI control system is designed to achieve high position accuracy during the control of a two-DOF stage driven by linear ultrasonic motors. Two ultrasonic motors are mounted on the stage to generate motion in two orthogonal directions. The PI control algorithm is used to increase the stability and accuracy of position control. The x-axis mover covers 30 mm forward and backward in less than 0.3 s settling time and the y-axis mover in less than 0.4 s. Experimental results denote that the control strategy proposed in this paper appears to have high efficiency, quick response, and high accuracy.
