Studies on Bacteremia Following Oral Surgery: Some Prophylactic Approaches to Bacteremia and the Results of Tissue Examination of Excised Gingiva

Abstract: a) The control patients which received no presurgical treatments.(b) Those patients that were given a dental prophylaxis 5-7 days prior to gingivectomy.(c) Those patients that received 2 50 mgms. Mysteclinf every 6 hours starting 24 hours before surgery and continuing 24 hours after gingivectomy.
