Strength and Plasticity of the Surface Layers of Metals Nitrided in Glow Discharge

Abstract: Досліджено вплив режимних (температура, склад та тиск газової суміші) і енергетичних характеристик (напруга, густина струму, питома потужність розряду) за безводневого азотування в тліючому розряді (БАТР) на структуру, фазовий склад азотованих шарів. Показано, що завдяки комбінації режимних та енергетичних параметрів БАТР можна досягнути фізико-хімічних показників азотованих шарів заданих умовами експлуатації.
