“…Dans la perspective psychodynamique, les TMS comprennent une dimension psychologique -défensive -de répression des affects ou des émotions. Dans les centres d'appels, la répression des affects est liée au contrôle émotionnel impliqué dans des interactions où aucune initiative n'est laissée aux salariés (script communicationnel, contrôle du temps imparti) (Davezies et al, 1998 ;Grenier-Pezé, 2002 ;Sznelwar, Masseti, 2002 (Rossi, Mendes, 2009).
