Résumé L’auteure s’appuie sur le récit de deux enquêtes en psychodynamique du travail réalisées, l’une dans un organisme public, l’autre dans une entreprise commerciale, à la demande des partenaires sociaux confrontés à des problèmes de « violence » ou à des plaintes pour « harcèlement ». Les « guerres des clans » apparaissent finalement comme une flambée des rivalités interpersonnelles dans des situations où l’organisation et les valeurs sociales du travail sont défaillantes. Il se révèle enfin que ces « défauts » du travail et cette « guerre » sont exploités pour camoufler et éviter la contestation de stratégies politico-économiques douloureuses, dans lesquelles dirigeants et salariés sont impliqués à des niveaux divers.
Résumé Plus que tout autre, Dominique Dessors incarne que l’enquête en psychodynamique du travail est à la fois un dispositif de recherche pour la production d’une clinique du travail et une technique permettant de répondre à des demandes. Décrivant une expérience de compagnonnage avec D. Dessors dans une enquête délicate, l’auteure tente de mettre en visibilité les « techniques » de ce travail, c’est-à-dire non seulement les principes, mais aussi les astuces inventées afin de faire face à l’imprévu de la manifestation des défenses et de poursuivre leur élaboration. Elle conclut sur la difficulté persistante de la discipline à transmettre les spécificités de ce travail clinique.
