State survival bureaucracy (SSB): state sustainability after Arab revolutions

Abstract: Purpose Non-politicized bureaucracy plays a fundamental role in the survival of states during times of transition and drastic change. Moreover, non-politicized bureaucracy protects state institutions from failing.
