Stability of Carotene and Phenols of Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) Juice with Pomace during Storage

Abstract: Sea Buckthorn (SB) juice is rich in biologically active compounds. It has considerable health benefits; thus, it can serve as functional food ingredient.
