Spectroscopic study on nystatin conformational modifications generated by its interaction with the solvent

Abstract: Conformational transformations of the tetraenic nystatin chromophore under the influence of solvents and UV irradiation have been studied by absorption, fluorescence and wide-line NMR spectroscopy.
